The guide is colour coded to the MealKitt™ & categorised into proteins, carbohydrates, fats, liquid proteins oils and plant based proteins, to make understanding food & macros easier. We have also colour coded calorie amounts to show you which foods are the most calorific, using a traffic light system.

The guide also covers condiments, sauces, drinks, spreads, herbs and spices.


We know that some people like a glass of wine with their meal so we have added an alcoholic drinks section with sugar levels.
